Our MEWP Training Program is built to train workers to operate elevated work platforms safely and in compliance with Alberta’s OHS Code and CSA Standards. Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts, Zoom Booms (telehandlers with platforms), and other aerial devices employed in construction, industrial, and commercial workplaces are addressed in this training.

The course provides theoretical information and hands-on practice to meet the employer’s due diligence under Alberta OHS Code, Part 23 (Scaffolds & Platforms) and Part 9 (Fall Protection). Upon successful completion, a certificate of competency is given, which is recognized throughout Alberta and accepted by COR-certified contractors and safety auditors.
